Our Introduction

ELTIZAM for development and training

ELTIZAM for development and training is one of AL-BESHIR group subsidiaries that advance Jordanian youth’s rights and equality for girls by providing them with professional knowledge and technical skills consistent with the Jordanian, regional, and global labor market. It was established and registered in Jordan in 2016 as a non-profit company and social responsibility.

Training & Consultation

ELTIZAM operates within working team of experts, consultants, specialists, and engineers who have long practical experience and know-how knowledge in technical and vocational education and training, and holding advanced scientific and specialized professional degrees which acquired in their act and their practical experiences and know-how knowledge that invested in designing and carrying out the T.V.T.training programs and consulting services to meet the needs of beneficiaries and clients in order to strengthen their capabilities and efficiency consistent with ongoing changes and development in a changing competitive environment to achieve the best results with the highest degree of efficiency that our clients and beneficiaries will gain.

Our Strategic Objectives

Our Strategic Objectives are intimately linked to Our Vision, Mission and Values, and are dratied to ensure that our vision  is achieved through accurate implementation of our mission.

  • Conduct Local labor market realistic study and Training Needs Assessment (TNA) to determine the actual needs of professions and competencies.
  • Reach intended beneficiaries and job seekers for sustainable employment opportunities.
  • Design curricula and training programs consistent with required professional specializations and competencies.
  • Provide professional working team of trainers able to transfer practical experiences and know-how knowledge to trainees.
  • Conduct awareness-raising campaign for local community to encourage the job seeker to join the vocational training programs.
  • Participate in building and development needed for pilot SMES and business incubators.

Our Methodology

PDCA

We are using PDCA,  which is an iterative four-stage approach for continually improving processes, products or services and provide effective approach for situating strategies of TVET which supports both the implementationand oversighting ofcontinuous improvement and focuses on applying concurrent changes the result in major improvement over time to develop training programs content using DACUM.

Training

Our Training module grantees that all graduate trainees acquired the knowledge, skills and atitude that already identified in the curricula and content of the accredited training programs, therefore they could acquire new skills set related to labour markets needs into targeted societies and to be able to generate income as a result of that.

Demand-driven training

We provide Demand-driven training approach that responds to the local and regional labour market actual needs. We commit to risk management and mitigation plan (RMMP) as QA process approach.
