Our integrated E-training environment has responded to the COVID١٩- pandemic which has imposed many restrictions and lockdowns, while our E-training system has offered training continuity and showed resilience, creativity and entrepreneurship during the pandemic and reflected the vision of ALBISHER group as it envisions an environment in which ICT is used and is an essential part of our dailypractices and management process.
We are aware of the ability of e-training and new approaches to range from experiential virtual training to remote placements with employers and to influence the learning outcomes of all trainees and the work habits of all employees.
The E-Learning solutions can provide ready-made information to the workforce anywhere and anytime, and help build bridges across employers and trainees and boost the inclusiveness provision of training and work experience.
Workforces' upskilling on digital tools took place on a significant scale and trainees become more independent and resourceful in their approach to learning and work experience.
